IPTV Smarters Pro ("we", "us", "our") takes copyright seriously and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws. This policy explains our position and how rights holders can contact us.
Content disclaimer
IPTV Smarters Pro provides a media player and access service. We do not host, store, upload, record or produce any of the media streams, channels or video content available through third-party sources. All content is provided, transmitted and controlled by third parties over whom we have no editorial control. Any trademarks, brand names or logos mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to us. To be valid, your DMCA notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL or channel name) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Where to send a notice
Please send your complete DMCA notice to us through our contact page or via WhatsApp. Notices that do not contain the information listed above may not be actioned.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to disable access to, or remove, the identified material from our service as soon as practicable. Because we do not host the underlying content, our action is limited to the access we control.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material where the law permits.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, and in our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
