We believe 100% in our products. We strive every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face through our service, but we understand it’s not easy for everyone.
How to request a refund
Please make note of your transaction order number with the subject: “Refund Request” and describe in your email the problems you’re facing as well as the reason for this request. In some cases, you may need to provide us with evidence, and we’ll also provide evidence of our work and observations. This helps us explain our viewpoint and decision more transparently.
Conditions
Please understand and accept that we cannot grant refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately attempt to resolve them and assist you. If we fail to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we’ll proceed with the refund. Please contact our 24/7 live support anytime if you need assistance.
Refunds can only be processed within 72 hours of the purchase date. Beyond this period, no refunds can be processed. If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically returned to your bank account or debit card within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there are cases where a refund may take longer to process, up to 90 days. We’re not responsible for these delays, as we are the IPTV service provider, not the payment provider.
We’ll fully refund only purchases made within 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially processed based on the subscription usage period.
Note: Each refund typically takes 20 to 90 business days, and we cannot shorten this period. Our payment processors will handle the refund requests. We’ll do our best to refund users immediately after receiving the request and verifying their information.
We won’t issue refunds or partial refunds if:
The user is unable to set up their own box or system: We provide full support to set up boxes, devices, applications, and systems. Our support is limited to pre-defined setup steps.
Some channels occasionally freeze, buffer, or don’t work: Most servers are stable, but temporary issues may occur. Our engineers work continuously to resolve them.
Most issues are temporary and may be caused by:
Fluctuations in the client’s internet connection
Issues with the client’s box, apps, or general setup
Issues with the client’s Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Temporary channel downtime on the server side
Changes in server preference by the client
If the user cannot watch their IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or other problems caused by us, we’ll fully refund the package price or extend the subscription for the lost time, plus an additional bonus that can be negotiated.
